What is Vistage?
Since 1957, Vistage Private Advisory Boards have helped business leaders achieve their goal: more success. These groups, comprised of CEOs, executives and business owners, meet once a month to enable members to help each other improve their businesses and their lives. Through professionally facilitated, confidential discussions with fellow business leaders, members work on their most challenging strategic and operational issues. The result? They achieve perspective, determine a definitive plan of action, and, in subsequent meetings, report back to the group on the progress they’ve made.
In the Pacific Region, more than 1,200 members form 100 private advisory boards. Their groups are comprised of up to 16 high-performing business leaders who hold each other accountable for getting things done in their businesses. Members in cities from Los Angeles to Las Vegas challenge conventional thinking, confront problems head-on and confidently put ideas into action through Vistage. In this vibrant region, members gain feedback on tough decisions from fellow executives who have overcome the same challenges. Working with their local peer advisory groups, members get answers and take action.
